What is TrailScout?

TrailScout is a trekking safety and group tracking app. A live group map shows every member, the leader and the person at the back. When there is no network, phones in the group relay each other's location over Bluetooth mesh. One-tap SOS sends an SMS with your location to emergency contacts and broadcasts an alert to nearby phones, repeating every 2 minutes until you tap I'm safe, and automatic check-in asks if you are okay after 45 minutes without moving.

Why a dedicated app
