Delete your whole account

In the app

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. After 30 days your profile, treks, posts, comments, photos, group locations and rankings are permanently deleted. If you log in again within those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled.

Without the app

Email support@trailscout.club from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my TrailScout account". We will confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days.

Delete only some of your data

You can keep your account and remove specific data:

• In the app: delete individual treks, photos, pins, posts and saved trails from where they appear.
• By email: write to support@trailscout.club from your account email and say which data to remove, for example "all my treks" or "my profile photo". We will confirm by reply and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile, treks and routes, journal entries, photos, posts, comments, group memberships and live locations, rankings, and push notification tokens.
• Kept for a limited time: crash reports held by Crashlytics are removed automatically within 90 days.
• On your phone: data stored only on your device (unsynced recordings, offline maps, emergency contacts, settings) is removed when you uninstall the app.
